I had a lovely stay overall. The hotel had a great location, close to nightlife and just a short walk to the beach. My room was clean and comfortable, but it did face the road, so it could get a bit noisy at times. The staff were helpful and friendly, which made my experience enjoyable. The dining options were a bit limited, and the facilities were nice, although a bit outdated.

The hotel is in a great spot in Plettenbergbay, allowing me to step right into the town for shopping while enjoying the quiet atmosphere at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. However, I was a bit disappointed with the strong resin smell in my room that lingered during my entire stay. Overall, it's a decent value for the location but could use some improvements in the room quality.
